    I help clients switch to a plant-based lifestyle by teaching them about healthy eating, supporting them, and giving practical advice. We learn about the nutrients in plant foods together and try out different plant-based meals to find what they like. I suggest starting with small changes and gradually increasing plant-based foods. I offer ongoing support to help them overcome challenges and stay on track with their health goals. By being patient and positive, I guide clients toward a healthier way of eating with plants, helping them feel their best.

  • Whole-Food Plant- Based Lifestyle

    6 week - program which includes: Personalized Consultation, Identifying Addictive Foods along with Grocery Shopping. We will develop a Nutrition Plan, Setting Realistic Goals, and Meal Preps, Incorporate Exercise and Monitoring Progress weekly.
